We will act as your point of contact for everyone on the day and ensure the finer details are taken care of.
What is the difference between a Wedding Planner & Wedding Coordinator?
A wedding planner will organise all the components of your wedding such as venue, florals, invitations, dress fittings, lighting etc. basically all the things to make your day happen. The average wedding takes over 100 hours to plan and the planner ensures this is taken care of, perfect for a couple with a busy lifestyle. By comparison a wedding coordinator is perfect for the hands on bride who wants to take care of all the main components of the day and just ensure there is someone there on the day to make sure it runs as she has planned.
Do you offer Wedding Planning?
Yes! We do offer wedding planning. This is only done through a consultation process to make sure we can provide what you need so please contact us to discuss in more detail.
What do you do on the day?
For our Bespoke and Signaure guests we will be at your venue bright and early to coordinate all vendors coming in with our custom made run sheets. We will ensure the ceremony is set up and then set up and style the reception. We make sure all the details look perfect for your guests who may be at the reception while you are getting photos. If you have booked one of our bar packages we will start to serve drinks and ensure your guests are looked after. Once you arrive at the venue we will continue to follow the run sheet and make sure the rest of the night stays on track so you can get speeches, games and dancing underway!
Whats included with an on the day Wedding Coordinator?
There are a few different packages that you can purchase including set up, bespoke and signature coordination. Each has different levels of inclusions and can be customised to suit you and there are add ons to each pacakage such as additional admin hours, run sheet preparation, next day packdown and bar packages.
